BLACK NRG ® P803 Grades
BLACK NRG ® P803 grades are low cost and effective solution for rubber, paints, and plastics and a wide range of special applications, including tinting black in plastics, liquid dispersions, EPS foams.
BLACK NRG ® P803 CARBON BLACK is the cost-effective way to produce non-tyre rubber products using natural and synthetic rubber. The product ensures high quality rubber compounds for producing different rubber products with high technical characteristics and long service life. Many years of producing experience allow to offer the carbon black with very stable features ensuring high grade of vulcanisation control.
BLACK NRG ® P803/C CARBON BLACK delivers good solution for a broad range of tinting and coloring aplications including:
- Concrete and cement
- General purpose extruded and molded plastics such as fibres, moldings, pipes, compounds etc.
The upgraded surface area and oil absorbtion number compared to BLACK NRG ® P803 CARBON BLACK ensure better relative blackness value.
All offered grades are easy to disperse, provide good reinforcement and tinting peformance.
Applications
BLACK NRG P803 for rubber applications and special tinting BLACK NRG P803/С modification are general purpose carbon blacks suitable for using in reinforcing of rubber products as molding and profiled rubber products, for tinting applications in polymer and paint industries, dry mortars production, including:
- Concrete and cement
- General purpose extruded and molded plastics such as fibres, moldings, pipes, compounds etc.
The engineered for cost-effective use in general purpose pigment applications carbon black P803/C granulated delivers improved color and tinting performance compared to the of P803 carbon black initially developed for rubber compounds.
The upgraded surface area and oil absorbtion number of P803/C ensure better relative blackness value. The product delivers good jetness, color intencity and more homogenous colouring.
The grade P805S carbon black is speciality carbon black suitable for general-purpose applications in rubber, paint and metallurgy industrtries.
